Senior Application Support Analyst | New York | Hybrid, 3 days in the office | Fin Tech | SaaS
Salary: $140,000 - $150,000
We're hiring an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst to join a fast-growing Fin Tech business in New York
.
You’ll lead the resolution of complex production issues, manage major incidents, support enterprise SaaS clients, and work closely with engineering to deliver exceptional service.
Key skills:- 5+ years in Application Support / Production Support
- SQL, REST APIs, JSON, Python
- AWS or Azure
- SaaS & cloud technologies
- Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Kibana, Grafana, Jira or similar
- Financial Services, Capital Markets or Asset Management experience
- Hybrid working (New York)
