Product Specialist (ETF) at Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc. New York, NY

Job Purpose

The New York Stock Exchange, part of Intercontinental Exchange, is the iconic leader of the financial marketplace. The Exchange Traded Product (ETP) team drives growth and business on the industry’s preeminent Exchange Traded Products listings venue. The ETF Product Specialist will work as a member of the ETP team, assisting in all phases of a product lifecycle, from initial research and analytics through listing and ongoing support.

The Analyst will work with various stakeholders across the industry, including asset management companies issuing ETPs, the trading and market making communities and other service providers such as investment banks, custodians and administrators.

• Collect data and provide reports on ETF performance
• Conduct data analysis to support product design, listing and rule filings
• Analyze market quality, commercial policy and market data to evaluate and advise clients and product strategy
• Create and maintain departmental databases and prepare monthly reports for the NYSE Arca Lead Market Maker program and customized reports for clients
• Work with staff in other departments to coordinate listings of new products and respond to changes impacting existing products
• Prepare both internal and external presentations, legal and regulatory filings and other materials as needed
• Assist in coordinating marketing and client outreach campaigns
• Coordinate between various Exchange business units, such as marketing and events staff

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in financial services preferred
• Experience with creating data driven performance reports.
• Self-starter with strong initiative to produce and deliver in an active, small team environment
• Strong quantitative, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Tableau, and Power Point
• Experience in data analytics, quantitative analysis, and/or data management
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to navigate and coordinate with various groups within the organization
• Experience with various market data platforms

The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $78,750 – $153,750 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
