We are seeking an Analyst, People Technology to join our Firm. This position will be based in our New York office (hybrid).
Responsibilities- Gather and document client requirements including stakeholder identification, scope, current and future state processes and workflows.
- Conduct research to address client requirements including but not limited to Workday Community documentation, resources, articles, and posts.
- Collaborate with clients and People Operations team members to troubleshoot issues and support effective solutions.
- Assist with Workday configuration, testing, validation, and maintenance.
- Submit change requests based on requirements and document configuration changes.
- Review People Team data management processes and recommend improvements to methods and procedures.
- Research approaches and solutions including AI to identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and enhance collaboration.
- Assist with regression testing during Workday and related systems releases in collaboration with other departments.
- Support implementation of Workday release enhancements, including functionality review, configuration testing, and issue resolution.
- Support Workday process implementation change management and help maintain related job aids in partnership with People Operations.
- Assist with assigned projects and provide support as needed to meet deadlines and priorities.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships with others.
- Manage Firm resources responsibly.
- Comply with and understand Firm operation, policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and techniques.
- Knowledge of relevant Firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with ability to learn new software and operating systems.
- Proficient knowledge with Workday or other HRIS configuration.
- Skilled at using technology to execute projects.
- Knowledge and experience with project management.
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates close attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to use discretion and exercise independent and sound judgment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team.

- Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs.
Bachelor's Degree;
Minimum of three years of HRIS configuration experience (Workday preferred).
$100,000 - $115,000
