Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Software Test Automation Engineer to design and maintain automated test scripts for Amazon Connect call flows. You will use Cyara to simulate real-world voice interactions and stress-test IVR components while validating performance and functionality of contact center solutions.
You will integrate API-based tests for inbound and outbound call simulations, develop and manage test cases and suites in QTest, and track defects with clear quality metrics.
