Blackbird Labs in New York is seeking a Lead Analyst to own the analytics backbone of growth initiatives. You will define metrics, build marketplace models, and set the analytic bar for the function, working with a founding team to drive data-informed decisions across growth initiatives.
You will guide the measurement framework, develop models for segmentation and ROI, and partner across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Restaurants to instrument initiatives.
