JCW has partnered with a leading global law firm seeking a Product Solutions Manager to join their Enterprise Technology team in New York City. This individual will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the firm's Marketing and Business Development technology portfolio, serving as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to drive innovation, adoption, and long-term product success.
The ideal candidate is a strategic product leader who can bridge the gap between business and technology. You have experience managing enterprise applications such as CRM and marketing platforms, translating stakeholder needs into actionable product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation.
Key
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Systems, CRM, Marketing Technology, or Technology Portfolio Management
- Experience owning product roadmaps, managing backlogs, prioritizing demand, and writing user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Strong knowledge of CRM and Marketing/Business Development platforms such as Inter Action, Salesforce, Peppermint, Foundation, Vuture, or similar enterprise applications
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure, Information Security, Data, and external vendors to deliver enterprise technology solutions
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data governance, workflow automation, reporting, and business intelligence tools
- Experience leading product governance, release planning, UAT, change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to balance competing priorities while managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery timelines across multiple initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required;
Agile, CSPO, PMP, or Product Management certifications are a plus
This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days per week onsite in New York City
