Osprey Life Sciences, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Architect – Finance to lead the business architecture and process design for enterprise Finance systems supporting strategic transformation initiatives.

This role serves as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, implementation partners, and executive stakeholders to guide business decisions related to enterprise financial systems. Rather than serving as a hands‑on technical architect, this individual will define future‑state business processes, evaluate solution options, manage implementation partners, and ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.

The initial focus of this role will be supporting the consolidation of multiple Net Suite environments into a unified enterprise finance platform. The successful candidate will possess strong Finance process knowledge, Net Suite experience, and the ability to translate business needs into implementation strategies while coordinating external vendors responsible for technical execution.

• Lead business architecture activities supporting enterprise Finance systems initiatives.
• Partner with Finance leadership to evaluate current business processes and define future‑state operating models.
• Provide strategic recommendations for enterprise Finance system improvements while balancing business requirements, scalability, governance, and long‑term maintainability.
• Facilitate workshops to document business requirements, process flows, and solution recommendations.
• Analyze the downstream business impacts of system and process changes across Finance operations.

• Serve as the business lead supporting the consolidation of multiple Net Suite environments into a single enterprise platform.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to define future‑state business processes, chart of accounts, organizational structures, AP/AR workflows, and reporting requirements.
• Evaluate configuration options and recommend business process decisions that support operational efficiency.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts associated with finance systems consolidation.
• Support future Finance transformation initiatives as additional enterprise applications evolve.
• Coordinate implementation partners responsible for configuration, migration, and integration activities.
• Review vendor recommendations to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
• Participate in solution design sessions while representing Finance and business stakeholder interests.
• Collaborate with project managers to manage priorities, timelines, risks, and decision tracking.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business expectations before implementation.

• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Develop process maps, business cases, functional requirements, and decision documentation.
• Build strong partnerships with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT, and external consulting partners.
• Present recommendations and business process impacts to executive leadership.
• Drive consensus among stakeholders during complex business transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise Finance systems.
• Demonstrated experience with Net Suite ERP in a business‑facing or functional capacity.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, and Financial Close.
