Financial Audit Solutions Advisor

Beech Valley is partnering with an innovative technology company that is transforming the future of audit through AI-powered solutions. We're seeking an experienced AI Audit Solutions Engineer to help accounting firms successfully implement and adopt cutting-edge audit technology. This highly collaborative role sits at the intersection of audit, customer success, product, and engineering, giving you the opportunity to shape both client outcomes and product innovation.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Manhattan, NY, with an in-office schedule of five days per week.

• Lead customer workflow discovery sessions during customer implementations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout customer onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption.
• Manage weekly customer check-ins and maintain ongoing communication across multiple engagements.
• Support pilot programs and new product rollouts.
• Translate customer feedback and audit workflow challenges into actionable product enhancements.
• Create and manage engineering tickets to ensure customer requests are tracked through resolution.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize customer-driven improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation playbooks and internal processes.
• Help customers redesign audit workflows using AI-powered automation.
• Build trusted relationships with audit partners, managers, and staff.

• 5–10 years of external audit or assurance experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience with a Big Four or Top 25 public accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of audit methodology and accounting firm workflows.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional project management abilities.
• Experience managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
• Passion for technology and excitement about AI's potential to transform the audit profession.
• Self-starter with a high level of ownership who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.

• Experience with audit technology or workflow automation platforms.
• Experience implementing enterprise software.
• Exposure to AI, data analytics, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, or process automation tools.
• Experience leading innovation or transformation initiatives within an accounting firm.
• Prior consulting, implementation, or other customer-facing experience.
