Candidates must be local to NYC and able to commute.
We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in System Analysis, Integrations, SQL, APIs, Source-to-Target Mapping, and Technical Documentation.
Required Skills:- 10+ years of Business Analysis & Systems Analysis experience
- Strong SQL (Joins, Aggregations, Window Functions, Data Validation)
- REST APIs, API Documentation, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman
- System Design Documents (SDD), BRD, FRD & SRS
- Integration Specifications (Real-Time APIs & Batch/File Integrations)
- Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, or Enterprise Architect
- Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis & Reverse Engineering
- UAT Coordination & Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst
- .NET Development background is highly preferred
- Experience with Government/Public Sector or Enterprise Applications is a plus
