Healthcare Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes in Azure Databricks to ingest and integrate new data sources into the data warehouse.
• Monitor and validate data flows to ensure accurate and timely data availability.
• Leverage Azure Databricks for data processing, transformation, and analysis tasks.
• Develop and optimize Spark jobs using SQL within Azure Databricks environment.

• Requires Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related field plus Five (5) years of experience in Healthcare data analytics.
• Experience must include:
  Five (5) years of experience with ETL and integration, Data Warehousing;
  Four (4) years of experience with U.S. Healthcare data and claims processes;
  Three (3) years of experience with Membership, Medical, Pharmacy, and Laboratory domains, Care Optimization, Payment Integrity and PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) operations, Cloud, Big Data, Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse, Data processing using Apache Spark (SQL, PySpark), SAS (BASE, SQL, Macros) and Python.
• Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree plus Eight (8) years of experience in Healthcare data analytics in lieu of a Master’s degree plus Five (5) years of experience in Healthcare data analytics.
