- Manages a large, cross-client analytics team

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related quantitative field
- 12+ years in a quantitative business environment
- 6+ years in marketing analytics with knowledge of the media planning process
- Experience in data visualization (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Datorama)
- Advanced media measurement capabilities (i.e. MMM, MTA), and planning A/B and Match Market testing
- Advanced in SQL, Python, or R
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, political instincts, and proven-leadership ability.
Demonstrates expertise in managing cross-client analytics teams, ensuring successful client delivery, and providing thought leadership in marketing effectiveness. Proficient in advanced media measurement and data visualization tools to drive business value and empower team members.
