- Job Summary:
- Working with Synergent on behalf of Hearst Communication.
- Position of Service Now Developer/Lead.
- Located in NYC with a hybrid work model, 3 days a week in-office.
- Contract duration of 6+ months.
- Requires over 12 years of experience.
- Pay rate at $60/hr.
- Visa restrictions apply (No opt and cpt).
- Part of a dynamic IT team focused on IT Service Management (ITSM) through Service Now.
- Responsible for developing and enhancing ITSM modules within Service Now.
- Required to support and improve Ham Pro, Sam Pro, and ITSM functionalities.
- Tasked with implementing new Service Now GenAI capabilities.
- Collaborate with the team to manage the Service Hub efficiently.
- Applicants must have experience in Service Now development, particularly in ITSM.
- Should be familiar with Ham Pro, Sam Pro, and GenAI features.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills are required.
- Preference given to candidates with Service Now certification and Agile experience.
