- Lead and manage team members throughout SAP ERP implementation and operational support projects
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Design, create, modify, maintain, and improve SAP application systems to meet business needs
- Manage project schedules, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate with internal teams, business users, and external vendors
- Provide leadership in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements
- Oversee system maintenance activities and ensure stable operations
- Support software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices
- Report project progress, risks, and recommendations to upper management
- Mentor and guide team members while fostering collaboration and professional development
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing complex ERP implementation projects
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on operational support
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of SAP ERP system implementation experience
- Project management experience in enterprise application environments
- Experience managing non-Japanese vendors and global stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with requirements gathering, system analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- SAP Certified Application Associate (or equivalent ERP certification preferred)
