Key Responsibilities
Implementation Phase
Support end-to-end implementation projects, from kickoff to go-live
Assist in discovery sessions to understand client business processes and requirements
Help develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with technical teams on configuration, customization, and data migration tasks
Prepare and deliver training sessions for client teams
Create implementation documentation, user guides, and training materials
Participate in system testing and validation activities
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in software implementation, project coordination, or related roles
Basic understanding of enterprise software implementation life cycles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM, ERP, or SaaS platforms
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English is a plus
