As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Government & Public Services Service Now team, you will be responsible for…
Coordinate demand intake and business requirements gathering across Service Now Configuration Management Database, Vulnerability Response, and App Engine product development efforts
Partner with product and functional leads, as well as clients, to clarify business needs and translate them into technical user stories for delivery teams
Support backlog refinement, requirements prioritization, and cross-functional alignment across platform and product work streams
Provide Service Now platform subject matter support during broader CTP program calls and stakeholder discussions
Help drive consistency, traceability, and quality across requirements documentation, user story development, and solution planning

QualificationsRequired:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
5+ years experience serving as a business relationship manager coordinating demand intake and business requirements gathering across product development work streams
5+ years experience translating business requirements into technical user stories for platform or application development
2+ years experience Service Now Configuration Management Database, Governance Risk and Compliance Risk, and IT Operations Management Service Mapping
Experience with the Service Now Platform and Security Operations Vulnerability Response
Service Now Certified System Administrator certificationAbility to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:Experience with Service Now App Engine
Experience with Service Now Change Management Support
Experience with Service Now Hardware Asset Management
