New Era Technology is seeking a UC Support Specialist, T1, to deliver high-quality IT services for hosted environments and Avaya IP Office. The role includes on-site (when within 2 hours of a client) or remote troubleshooting, rapid issue resolution, and strong customer communication.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in UC support with VOIP and networking strengths, 2+ years in customer-facing MSP roles, and SaaS experience. Travel is occasional; visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
