Responsibilities The PJT Partners Technology team is responsible for creating and continuously improving a robust and secure technology foundation that supports the firm’s business activities. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to work on strategic projects within the Data & Applications team. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to define requirements, manage end-to-end project execution and ensure seamless collaboration across business, technology, and corporate teams.

You will oversee the strategic vision, planning, development, testing and deployment of various initiatives while driving process improvements, managing risks and ensuring timely delivery. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Define product vision, roadmap and lead end-to-end delivery across business, technology and corporate teams, managing priorities, risks, and execution
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables
• translate complex technical and data requirements into actionable plans and develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs
• Partner with stakeholders to document business processes, workflows and end‑to‑end data flows, including lineage, integration points and supporting artifacts such as data dictionaries, metadata and mapping documents
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, gaps and insights, and collaborate with technical teams to translate findings into validated data requirements and specifications that are accurately implemented in new capabilities and process improvements
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for seamless execution

• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or related fields
• 8+ years of working experience as a business analyst, data analyst or product/project manager
• Knowledge and experience in the Financial Services industry
