• A professional background rooted in IT, including practical experience with tools and developer tooling.
• Residence in the USA, preferably in the New York area (ex. Atlanta, Boston, Austin).
• Very good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• The ability to combine technical and business perspectives (Business Relationship Development).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience or confidence working in AI and/or Security.
• Active presence in the tech community (meetups, conferences, public speaking).
• Established personal brand and professional visibility within the IT ecosystem.
• We particularly value candidates who are active experts in the tech community. Speakers from tech conferences are considered a strong match for this profile.
