Job DescriptionSeeking a Senior System Engineer to support and own critical enterprise applications and infrastructure. The role will focus on application architecture, integrations, IAM/SSO, upgrades, high availability, disaster recovery, vendor coordination, and complex production troubleshooting.
Core Requirements- Strong experience supporting enterprise applications and Windows-based environments.
- Experience with application upgrades, migrations, integrations, and infrastructure changes.
- Experience with Active Directory, ADFS, SAML, IAM, and enterprise SSO.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience with high availability, disaster recovery, failover, and failback.
- Experience evaluating vendor solutions and participating in architecture discussions.
- Experience supporting document management, enterprise search, or legal technology platforms preferred.
- Support and maintain critical enterprise applications and related infrastructure.
- Lead application upgrades, migrations, integrations, and architecture improvements.
- Troubleshoot application, authentication, indexing, and infrastructure issues.
- Assess the downstream impact of system and configuration changes.
- Design and validate high-availability and disaster-recovery solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors, administrators, engineers, and business teams.
- Document procedures and improve team technical self-sufficiency.
