Role :
Senior Project Manager

Location : Houstan,Texas, USA (Hybrid Working)

Key Responsibilities
  • Agile Ceremonies & Communication

  • Host and facilitate daily stand-up meetings.

  • Capture and document key discussion points, blockers, and decisions.

  • Distribute daily meeting summaries to stakeholders.

  • Participate in and contribute updates during:

  • Weekly Plan of Action (POA) meetings

  • Bi-Weekly IT Connect sessions

  • Weekly Core Team meetings

  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and updates.

  • Sprint & Progress Tracking

  • Monitor and report sprint status, including:

  • Total number of user stories

  • Status of each story

  • Testing progress and execution results

  • Extract and maintain reporting based on Jira queries and Test Rail data.

  • Provide visual updates (e.g., screenshots from Test Rail) to support reporting transparency.

  • Jira Administration & Maintenance

  • Create and manage sprints aligned with Go-Live milestones.

  • Maintain data integrity across Jira by:

  • Updating Epic Links and Sprint assignments as needed

  • Moving stories per team requests and reporting requirements

  • Update project structure to include newly created user stories using defined filters.

  • Close completed sprints in both Scrum boards and structure views.

  • Manage special cases such as MTP delay stories when required.

  • Test Rail Administration

  • Upload and maintain test cases as requested by the team.

  • Create and manage test milestones and test runs.

  • Close test runs upon completion.

  • Support reporting needs by linking Test Rail runs to external tracking tools (e.g., Purple Test Runs).

  • Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain weekly Plan of Action (POA) updates with the latest project status.

  • Update IT status slides, including defect tracking and test execution status.

  • Ensure all reporting reflects accurate, real-time data aligned with project milestones.

  • Financial / Reporting Support (Non-S4)

  • Create and manage test runs for Finance Process Management (FPM) reporting needs.

  • Ensure test runs are correctly linked for reporting purposes.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Proficiency in Jira and Test Rail administration
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
