Overview

Hire Digital is seeking a Systems Business Analyst to support the development and advancement of essential airline systems and platforms.

This role focuses on understanding system interactions, mapping workflows, and ensuring that enhancements align with operational and technical requirements across a complex environment.

• Analyze and document end-to-end system workflows and dependencies
• Identify gaps and drive improvements across existing platforms and processes
• Define requirements for system enhancements, integrations, and optimizations
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment with system architecture and constraints
• Maintain clear traceability from business needs to system‑level execution
• Support testing and validation to ensure solution integrity and performance

• Experience as a Systems or IT Business Analyst in complex environments
• Strong understanding of system integrations, workflows, and enterprise platforms
• Proven ability to document process flows, system interactions, and requirements
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
• Ability to manage ambiguity and break down complex systems
