What You Will Do

The Solution Engineer is a strategic partner to support our customers and sales teams throughout the sales process by solving a broad set of technical and business activities. This role extends beyond pre‑sales into post‑sales enablement, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and long‑term value realization for enterprise customers.

Working closely with the sales team, this role is pivotal to shaping our customer onboarding process.

This role focuses onaligningtechnicalproduct capabilities, consulting on all technical aspects,supportingclientsthrough deployments,tohelpdrive measurable value for the customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise deployment planning discussions with customer IT teams: including scalable rollout strategies across Windows (Intune/SCCM/GPO) and macOS (JAMF/plist) environments, solution design, and security review.
• Develop and present technical materials that explain think‑cell’s solution, deployment model, and integration approach to technical audiences.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable deployment and configuration recommendations, providing hands‑on guidance throughout technical discovery, pilot setup, rollout planning, and post‑deployment optimization
• Manage inquiries related to data security and compliance for a Software as a Service product
• Adjust XML Style Files to reflect customer PowerPoint design guidelines (configuration work).
• Generate product presentations and provide tailored demonstrations of the product to customers, drawing on extensivethink‑cell productfeatureexpertise.
• Educate andassistsales teams, working in tandem with product management andsales enablement.

You will be great for this position if you

• Bachelor'sor master's degree in relevant field (i.e. Business Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering)
• 2- 6 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Product Specialist supporting sales in SaaS or similar roles, with stakeholder management experience. Or ha nds‑on enterprise software deployment experience (I T support , application deployment, Windows administration )
• Computer Science or Information Systems background, including XML, security, and deployment across Windows (Intune/SCCM/GPO) and macOS (JAMF/plist)
• Skilled at developing captivating PowerPoint presentations.
• Confident, polished communicatorcapable of simplifying complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiencesduring technical customer demos and deployments.
• Consultativeand curiousmindset in approach toproblem-solving.
  
  Abilitytoidentify,analyze, andresolveissueseffectively.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to effectively communicate anddemonstratethe product’s value to customers Ability to be proactive and forward thinking toanticipatecustomer needs
• Technical exposure to VBA, python, and API
• Hybrid work environment in NYC office office 3x a week, Tuesday – Thursday
• You should be comfortable traveling to our headquarters in Berlin, Germany 1-2x per year
• Must have full time US work authorization, there is no sponsorship opportunity for this role
