Positn reqs a Bach deg (US or For Equiv) in Fin, Econ, Engg, Math, Bus Admin, or rel & 5 yrs of exp in Sales & Tradg roles. Must have5 yrs of exp w/: FICC electrnic distributn coverg Crdit, FX, Rates & Commodities prodcts;
Strng know of FX & EM Rates prodcts, mkt structure, & Emerging Mkts dynamics;
Advancd data anlysis skills, incl use of tools such as Tableau to eval tradg flw, hit rates, & clnt behavr;
Abil to collab w/ sales, tradg, tech, & globl eDistributn teams acrss regns, incl the US & Latin America; pitching clnts, conductg platfrm demos, & creatg digitl contnt to supprt platfrm adoptn; mng vendr relatnships & monitorg electrnic tradg mkt dvlpmnts; & Proficiency w/ electrnic tradg platfrms, incl single-dealr platfrms & digitl tool optimizatn. Must have 1 yr of exp w/: API connctivty, integratn & performnce optimizatn for institutnl clnts.
10% dom & int'l travel reqd to LATAM. Sal: $- $/yr.
