IT Support Associate

POSITION OVERVIEW

Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced IT Support Associate for our client, a rapidly growing healthcare technology company in New York City! This is a 3–6-month contract opportunity (with strong potential for permanent conversion) offering a hybrid schedule (3 days/wk onsite).

Provide day-to-day end-user support in a fast-growing, cloud-first environment.

Own onboarding/offboarding, SaaS administration, hardware deployment, and IT support while helping scale operations as the company grows.

• Provide L1/L2 end-user support
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and hardware lifecycle
• Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and Zoom
• Resolve tickets via ticketing platform and Slack
• Support RBAC, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews
• Maintain inventory and asset management
• Support Zoom Rooms and conference room AV
• Assist with networking troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VLANs)

• 3+ years of IT Support or Service Desk experience
• Startup or MSP experience required
• Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and Zoom
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding and identity management
• Familiarity with Jamf or Intune
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals
• Strong communication and customer service
• Preferred:
  Okta/Jamf certifications, Uni Fi, automation tools, SOC2/HIPAA exposure

This contract position offers an hourly rate of $40-55/hr, commensurate with experience.
