Gusto is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to own the end-to-end design and performance of agentic AI-driven workflows in production. You will align models, data, tools, and human judgment to deliver measurable customer outcomes and operational efficiency in a fast-moving service environment.
You will partner with the AI Platform team (CoreX) and CX, Legal, and Compliance to scale the platform, define primitives for reliable workflows, and ensure governance is embedded in design.
