Job Location:
New York

• Senior Program Manager / Program Lead with 10+ years  experience in leading engagements
• Expertise in managing workflows, Agentic AI projects, SQL knowledge
• Track the project progress and share the updates with stakeholders
• Past managerial and leading experience is must
• Prefer to have Banking/Finance Industry work experience
• Ability to explain functional/ technical details
• Excellent communication and articulation skills
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders
• Create Steer Co and ExCo summary deck for management review/action
• KPIs and Metrics: track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of projects and report on decks for senior reporting
• Liaising and Stakeholders:
  Act as a point of contact between project managers, leadership, and other stakeholders

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 103330 to 128656. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside the posted range and will be determined based on factors such as location, education, certifications, experience, and performance. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
