Cambio is seeking a Customer Success Lead to own the end-to-end experience for our enterprise real estate customers. You will lead the CS team to ensure customers derive maximum value from Cambio’s platform, driving adoption, retention and growth.
You will oversee onboarding, QA, and quantitative reporting integrations (GRESB, TCFD, CDP), track core metrics, and collaborate with sales, product and engineering on pilots and demos.
