The role drives complex technical programs end-to-end, aligning engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-impact initiatives on schedule.
You will remove operational roadblocks, manage cross-functional dependencies, and establish rigorous execution frameworks across distributed technical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, defining milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and design teams using agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
- Track program health metrics, velocity, and roadblocks, escalating issues proactively to executive leadership
- Establish standard operating procedures for release management, capacity planning, and post-incident reviews
- Manage technical dependencies across distributed microservices architectures and third-party vendor integrations
- Run daily standups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement in team execution
What We Are Looking For
- 5-8 years of technical program or project management experience within high-growth software or technology environments
- Deep familiarity with agile frameworks, software development life cycles (SDLC), and modern CI/CD pipelines
- Expertise with project management and collaboration tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, and specialized BI dashboards
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical details for executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
- Bonus: PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/CSPO), or SAFe certifications; background in software engineering or systems architecture
