• Collect, analyze, and interpret social media metrics across platforms to provide insights that support marketing goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators and social media managers, to align data-driven insights with content strategy.
• Track and report on campaign performance, audience demographics, engagement trends, and growth metrics.
• Develop visually clear and compelling reports and dashboards to showcase social media performance to stakeholders.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improving reach and engagement.
• Identify and address any gaps or inefficiencies in data collection to ensure the accuracy of insights.

• 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on social media data and performance.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or native platform insights).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
