is seeking a hands-on Application Support Engineer to join our Nadex team supporting a regulated derivatives trading exchange. You will ensure availability, stability, and performance of production and demo environments in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting.
You will respond to incidents, perform daily operations, monitor systems, tune performance, assist with upgrades, and document runbooks and SOPs while collaborating with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.
