Title: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Long Island City, NY

Notes Resource will support desktop client migration onsite at the ELOQUII Long City Island NY office.
Job Description- Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers.
- Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Role will support desktop client migration at our ELOQUII Long Island city NY office, possibly imaging, helping users log into laptops, figuring out why users cannot download apps, figuring out why apps aren't working.
- Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 2-4 years of experience.
