About the Team:

Digital Commerce & Innovation (DCI) is a portfolio of technology platforms and solutions which support both enterprise and premium LOBs and delights our customers while revolutionizing the way our customers use and love our products and the industry at the same time. We will find synergies and efficiencies across the portfolio while driving autonomy, velocity, and agility as first principles. DCI domains include:

• Spend Innovation
  - Our team operates at the entry point for customer experience by delivering seamless spending technology. From onboarding users and digital payments to spend management and external integrations, we power high-trust transactions and actionable insights that drive real value for our customers.
• Loyalty
  - We power personalized and interconnected rewards and benefits for all Capital One customers. We incentivize and reward customers for their use of Capital One credit cards and products, aiming to attract customers, increase usage, and enhance retention by fostering active engagement with rewards and benefits.
• Travel Tech
  - We deliver and scale brand-defining experiences across Travel. We provide travel booking services, rewards, and benefits to Capital One customers. By supporting our strategic business goal to win at the top of the market we’re enabling next-level growth for Capital One.
• Card Premium Experiences
  - We create world‑class experiences for our premium customers, including: AI, Concierge, dining, entertainment, lounges, and multi‑user features. Together we create unmatched value in Capital One’s premium offerings.

In addition to leading a top priority technical program for DCI, you will also work to pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline within the team, by leveraging your industry knowledge and experience to teach the organization what a great TPM can achieve.

In this role you will:

• Lead Strategic Initiatives:
  Take ownership of executing on a cohesive roadmap across multiple work streams, in collaboration with Card core and enterprise partners. This includes building platforms and capabilities that interact with Capital One Enterprise systems, establishing and driving testing strategies, building automation and tooling that accelerates delivery while remaining well‑managed, and standardizing as we migrate clients to core processing platforms.
• Partner with Stakeholders:
  Collaborate closely with technology, product, and business partners to align efforts with Capital One’s long‑term vision. You will need to be highly influential and strategic to prioritize key initiatives across multiple lines of business.
• Provide Technical Leadership:
  Work with our engineering teams and internal customers to deliver on key initiatives. You'll balance strategic thinking with tactical execution to ensure the success of complex programs.
• Build the TPM Discipline:
  Beyond your program work, you'll help shape the future of the TPM function within our organization. You'll leverage your industry expertise to demonstrate what a great TPM can achieve and help us build a culture of delivery excellence.
