The Voleon Group seeks a hands-on Storage and Datacenter Team Manager to guide a critical storage engineering team. You will provide architectural oversight, mentorship, and hands-on support across Ceph-based systems and large-scale data lifecycle processes.
Ideal candidates bring deep Linux storage expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure in data-center and cloud environments. Occasional on-call rotation is expected.
