Manager, Enterprise Infrastructure
Our Technologies department is growing! We are looking for a Manager, Enterprise Infrastructure, to join the team! This is a full-time position;
Monday-Friday.
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:
- Provides technical leadership for enterprise infrastructure technologies while remaining actively engaged in engineering and operational activities.
- Serves as the highest-level technical escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents, major outages, and infrastructure recovery efforts.
- Researches, designs, tests, implements, and continuously improves enterprise infrastructure solutions.
- Translates business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure designs.
- Leads infrastructure architecture, engineering, implementation, and lifecycle planning initiatives.
- Oversees enterprise routing, switching, wireless, firewall, VPN, SDN, and SD-WAN technologies.
- Oversees enterprise virtualization, compute, storage, SAN, backup, disaster recovery, and datacenter infrastructure.
- Develops and maintains infrastructure standards, technical documentation, diagrams, operational procedures, and engineering best practices.
- Develops and enforces infrastructure security standards in partnership with Information Security.
- Ensures enterprise infrastructure complies with organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Leads infrastructure implementation projects, maintenance activities, technology upgrades, and hardware lifecycle initiatives.
- Establishes work priorities and balances operational support, project delivery, and planned maintenance activities.
- Mentors Infrastructure Engineers, Network Engineers, Network Technicians, and other assigned technical staff.
- Manages technical relationships with vendors and coordinates support engagements, product evaluations, and infrastructure procurement.
- Assists the Director with infrastructure budgeting, lifecycle planning, and technology roadmap development.
- Monitors enterprise infrastructure health, capacity, and performance, identifying opportunities to improve reliability, automation, operational efficiency, scalability, and resiliency through proactive analysis and continuous improvement.
- Maintains current knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry best practices.
- Provides direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for assigned Enterprise Infrastructure staff (6), fostering accountability, professional growth, and technical excellence.
- Participates in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, employee development, and corrective action in partnership with Human Resources and IT leadership.
- Establishes team priorities, assigns work, manages resource allocation, and ensures operational and project commitments are achieved.
Compensation: $83,000 - $112,000 per year
CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Eight (8) or more years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering, network engineering, or systems administration.
- Three (3) or more years of technical leadership, supervisory, or management experience in an enterprise IT environment.
- Advanced experience with enterprise networking technologies, including routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, VPN, SDN, and SD-WAN.
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting highly available enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, infrastructure security, and enterprise technology lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex infrastructure projects and providing technical leadership and mentorship.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP/CCIE, VMware VCP, Microsoft, Azure, AWS, or equivalent) preferred.
