Nory in New York is seeking a hands-on SMB onboarding specialist to guide US customers from purchase through go-live and handoff to Customer Success. You will apply onboarding playbooks, drive rapid value, and help scale processes as the SMB segment grows.
This role requires 2–3 days per week in our New York office or onsite with customers around NYC, with a startup mindset and strong communication skills to build long-term customer value.
