Principal Associate, Content Designer – Discover Customer Experience

• Combine content design expertise with customer and business understanding to co-create innovative solutions to complex problems

• Craft compelling, accurate, and accessible digital content experiences

• Create content audits, taxonomy and terminology lists, content guidelines and patterns, content governance models, and microcopy

• Develop content for websites, user interfaces, emails, push notifications, and chatbot responses supporting end-to-end user flows

• Champion customers through the design process using data, research insights, scalability, technology constraints, and feedback

• Facilitate design process activities with teams and partners, balancing customer needs and business goals

• Build understanding of technology and data capabilities and emerging technologies to inform work and identify opportunities

• Foster partner relationships, collaborate across perspectives, influence outcomes, break down silos, and gain alignment

• Present work to audiences across levels and job functions, articulating insights and design decisions

• At least 3 years of experience in content design, content strategy, or UX writing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating process, results, and impact
• Strong writing and deep expertise in user experience design
• Experience using appropriate content design tools, platforms, frameworks, and design systems
• Preferred: 4+ years of experience in content design, content strategy, or UX writing
• Preferred: 4+ years of experience working with and contributing to an established design system
• Preferred: 4+ years of experience collaborating with product, technology, and business partners
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience working with and contributing to an established design system
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Experience working in heavily regulated, data-heavy problem spaces
