Location: New York
HSBC in the United States is hiring a Business and Operational Resilience Testing Lead to oversee the US testing program for BCM, Incident Management, and Operational Resilience. You will lead selected exercises, coordinate cross‑team testing, and ensure evidence-based reporting and remediation.
You will report to the US Head of Business Continuity, Incident Management and Operational Resilience and partner with Global teams to align testing with regulatory expectations.
