  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely visualization of ESG metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct QA/QC processes and checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Deliver data for ad-hoc ESG reporting needs across deal teams, investor relations and compliance teams.
  • Help drive carbon accounting initiatives using tools such as Watershed, including data collection, analysis, and reporting on portfolio company financed emissions.
  • Leverage SQL and data querying skills to extract and analyze portfolio requirements.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of regular and ad-hoc investor reports, ensuring narrative alignment with firmwide ESG goals.
  • Project manage, configure and validate ESG software platforms and survey tools to ensure seamless data collection from portfolio companies.
  • Support firmwide reporting initiatives by assisting with Master Data Management (MDM) strategies to ensure consistency across investment strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows using automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) to improve efficiency and accuracy in investor deliverables.
  • Communicate with internal investment teams and external partners across diverse stakeholder groups to validate data integrity for marketing materials and due diligence responses.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Data Operations teams to support data architecture, metadata management, and access governance.

Qualifications & Skills
