Location: New York
Jack & Jill, an early-stage voice AI startup, is hiring a Founding Customer Success Manager in New York to build the post-sales function from the ground up. You will own the end-to-end customer journey, onboard customers, and drive product adoption in a high-impact, scrappy environment.
You will lead commercial conversations, manage renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and partner with Product and GTM teams to develop playbooks and scale the customer organization.
