Project Specialist - Salesforce TPM

Position Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the implementation of Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM) for a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. This role will lead requirements gathering, process design, project coordination, testing, and stakeholder management to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the TPM solution.

This position is meant to convert to an FTE after 6-12 months - Contract to hire

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Facilitate process design workshops and define future-state TPM processes.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate activities across business teams, Salesforce consultants, and implementation partners.
• Support solution design, data mapping, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.
• Lead UAT, training, change management, and user adoption efforts.
• Ensure alignment of TPM capabilities with trade planning, budgeting, accruals, deductions, and promotion effectiveness reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst and/or Project Management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of CPG trade promotion processes and trade spend management.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive project execution.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce TPM or Consumer Goods Cloud implementation experience.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP integrations.
• Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management (RGM), trade spend, deductions, and financial accruals.
• PMP, CBAP, or Salesforce certifications preferred.
