We’re partnering with a leading global financial institution to hire a Senior Vice President – Product & AI Enablement in New York.

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly innovative group operating with a startup mentality inside a major global organisation — combining the pace, ownership and ability to build of an early-stage company with the scale, resources and reach of a global business.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build, experiment and create.

Key areas include:

• Building new tools, data products and product capabilities
• Partnering closely with Engineering and Data
• Improving product analytics, measurement and decision-making
• Driving innovation across a complex global organisation

We’d particularly welcome candidates with startup or scale-up experience, as well as those from an Engineering or highly technical background.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• 5–12 years of experience across Product, Technology or Engineering
• A technical degree such as Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong technical fluency across AI, data and analytics
• Experience taking products or technical initiatives from concept through to launch
• The ability to operate with pace, ownership and ambiguity
