The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising the onboarding process to ensure new clients and users seamlessly adopt Model ML.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison for enterprise accounts, engaging directly with senior stakeholders at top-tier PE, IB, and consulting firms. Build deep, trusted relationships to understand client goals, ensure satisfaction, and drive retention.
Leverage Model ML’s AI platform to transform financial workflows, guiding clients through high-impact workflows, templates, and best practices.
Lead structured weekly feedback sessions, synthesise input, and work with growth, product, and engineering to prioritise improvements that maximise client value.
Oversee quality control for all bespoke workflows and templates, ensuring accuracy, trust, and efficiency in outputs delivered to clients.
Develop and execute engagement programs: tutorials, 1:1 sessions, and workshops that increase product adoption, usage, and account expansion.
Refine AI-generated results through expert prompting, integrate new techniques into team playbooks, and continuously improve client-facing workflows.
Maintain the highest standards of delivery, document process innovations, and train internal teams on emerging workflow hacks, data sources, and product updates.

RequirementsMinimum of 3 years experience with private equity firms, investment banks, or tier 1 consultancies is essential.
Strong academic background from tier 1 institutions.
MBA is a bonus but not required.
Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. This is key given we are a currently a small global team working around the clock.
Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
