Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

  • Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.

  • Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.

    • Skill Requirements

  • Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
  • Experience working in agile environments using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented and problem-solving approach.
  • Project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
