BIP is currently expanding its footprint in the United States, focusing on growing its Capital Markets and Financial Services lines. Our teams operate at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and data to help our clients drive smarter decisions, reduce risks, and stay ahead in a fast-evolving market environment.

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end program and project delivery within an Equities environment. The role will focus on delivery management, financial oversight, Agile execution, change governance, and coordination across globally distributed business and technology teams.

The successful candidate will manage multiple initiatives across the project lifecycle, providing transparency into delivery progress, financial health, dependencies, risks, and key milestones. This individual will lead project governance routines, support scaled Agile planning, and partner closely with technology leaders, architects, product teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Candidates must also possess a strong understanding of the Equities business, with experience supporting at least one of the following areas:
Cash Equities, Equity Derivatives, or Prime Brokerage. The Delivery Lead should be comfortable operating within a Capital Markets environment and working with business and technology stakeholders supporting Equities platforms and initiatives.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
• Establish and manage project/program routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, governance forums, and tollgates.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical-path activities.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, developing appropriate mitigation and escalation strategies.
• Manage initiative financials, including budgets, forecasts, actual spend, resource costs, and overall financial health.
• Ensure projects comply with Enterprise Change Management standards, governance requirements, and established delivery controls.
• Provide clear and concise reporting to senior leadership covering delivery progress, outcomes, financials, risks/issues, dependencies, and upcoming milestones.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple business, technology, architecture, and support teams operating across different locations and time zones.
• Prepare for and facilitate scaled Agile planning events, including Pre-Planning and PI Planning.
• Partner with technology leaders, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to align delivery with strategic and technical objectives.
• Drive accountability across work streams, ensuring owners understand deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and required actions.
• Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making across cross-functional teams and elevate material risks when necessary.
• Support change management activities and ensure appropriate governance, documentation, approvals, and controls are maintained throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Maintain transparency across project scope, schedule, resources, financials, risks, and overall delivery health.
