We’re working with a fast-growing Fintech startup on a mission to empower small and medium-sized businesses with smarter financial tools. Their platform provides industry-tailored credit cards, business banking, and bill pay solutions, all designed to solve the cash flow challenges that hold business owners back. By combining financial innovation with deep industry insight, we’re helping entrepreneurs take control of their finances and grow with confidence.

We’re looking for someone who’s not just strategic, but hands-on. Someone who can roll up their sleeves and run email, direct mail, Linked In, and other campaigns that actually move the needle. Think: a scrappy, creative operator who can drive demand and hit a target of 100+ approved apps per month.

What You'll Do

As our Demand Generation Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind lead generation and demand generation strategy. You’ll:

• Own end-to-end lead generation across key verticals
• Develop and test demand generation hypotheses across new channels, running high-leverage experiments to optimize KPIs
• To run email, direct mail, Linked In, and other campaigns
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently based on performance and CAC
• Build foundational marketing systems and tooling (e.g., Hub Spot, Lob)
• Implement campaign-level attribution and analytics to track CAC by source, geography, and segment
• Collaborate with engineering to build demand generation infrastructure and campaign automation
• Take initiative beyond your scope, they value ownership and encourage contributions wherever you see opportunities to grow the business

What We're Looking For

• Experience at an early-stage hyper-growth startup
• Proven success scaling revenue from $1M → $25M+ ARR
• Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, attribution, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization
• Hands-on experience with omnichannel campaigns (email, direct mail, etc.)
• Proficiency with marketing tools, spreadsheets, and BI dashboards
• Experience selling to SMB owners or non-tech buyer personas is a strong plus
• A scrappy builder who’s created demand generation systems from scratch
• Clear, structured communicator with a bias toward experimentation and iteration
