Summary
As a Senior Data Scientist you will develop and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to drive business insights for store and eCommerce operations. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven strategies and measurable outcomes. The role requires delivering scalable models and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and algorithms to improve customer experience and operations.
- Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product, merchandising, and engineering teams to define analytics requirements and implement solutions.
- Monitor model performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement continuous improvement.
- 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with ML frameworks such as scikit‑learn or Tensor Flow.
- Strong statistical background and experience with model evaluation and validation.
- Experience with large-scale data platforms and data visualization tools.
