Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Field Support Technicians to provide on-site and remote technical support across clinics within a 60-mile radius. This role acts as the first point of contact for technical issues related to PC, Apple, networking, and infrastructure. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide field support for workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and document resolution steps.
- Handle basic networking tasks (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP).
- Understand or be willing to learn IDF environments.
- Manage and prioritize tickets within SLAs using the internal ticketing system.
- Regularly visit clinics (within ~30–60 miles) to offer technical support.
- Communicate proactively with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in field support or helpdesk roles.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally.
