Sacred Heart Greenwich seeks a Full-Time Technical Support Specialist/Media Specialist to support students, faculty and staff in a fast-paced school environment with a 1:1 laptop program for grades 5-12. This year-round position includes summer work and is the first point of contact for IT questions.
You will diagnose issues, coordinate with outside vendors for repairs, and deliver excellent customer service while supporting AV needs and event tech. Some evening/weekend hours may be required.
