As the firm continues its growth, they are seeking a Principal to join their operation.

The organization has built a team based delivery model that allows Principals to focus on what they do best: executive assessment, candidate development, client partnership, and delivering exceptional search outcomes. Dedicated research resources support each engagement, allowing Principals to spend less time on production and more time advising clients and building relationships with senior executives. The firm is also investing heavily in AI enabled workflows and technology to further enhance search quality, speed, and the overall client experience.

• Lead the candidate side of retained executive search assignments from strategy through completion.
• Develop search strategies and identify target markets for senior technology leadership searches.
• Recruit and assess CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Chief AI Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Data Officers, VP Engineering, VP Infrastructure, VP Cybersecurity, and other senior technology executives.
• Conduct executive level interviews and leadership assessments.
• Prepare high quality candidate presentations and client ready reports.
• Present executive candidate slates and advise clients throughout the search process.
• Build long term relationships with senior technology leaders across Enterprise IT, AI, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Infrastructure, Product, and Digital Transformation.
• Manage multiple retained searches simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and responsiveness.
• Mentor and direct search support resources.
• Contribute to AI enabled innovation and continuous improvement across the search process.

• 7+ years of retained executive search experience.
• A bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts or related fields
• Track record recruiting senior executives within technology or adjacent functional markets.
• Strong executive interviewing and leadership assessment skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional relationship building and client management capabilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in technology leadership, AI, and the evolving executive talent landscape.
