Analyst, Enterprise Agentic Search

• Support the Manager in executing the enterprise Search strategy across marketing and servicing ecosystems
• Translate enterprise-level priorities into actionable tasks, deliverables, and supporting materials for global teams
• Coordinate and track progress across multiple work streams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Contribute to day-to-day execution of initiatives aligned with enterprise Search goals
• Support program governance through documentation, tracking tools, and status reporting
• Maintain timelines, workflows, and communication across cross-functional teams
• Assist in managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder updates
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology, Data Science, and Servicing partners
• Monitor developments in AI-driven discovery, conversational agents, multimodal search, and emerging answer engines
• Drive adoption of best practices through documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing
• Assist in evaluating and supporting search enablement platforms, insights tools, and experimentation frameworks

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1–3+ years of experience in SEO, analytics, digital marketing, product support, or related domains
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing and search ecosystems, including SEO/SEM/AEO/GEO
• Exposure to AI-driven search, conversational agents, or generative AI
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, or technology teams
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Curiosity and interest in AI, search, and customer experience
